Ingredients
1 round, Italian loaf
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 lb deli ham ( or your favorite)
1/4 red onion, sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup mayo or blue cheese
dressing
1 teaspoon pepper and salt
1 tomato, sliced
2 slices cooked bacon
4 slices cheddar
Romaine lettuce, 2 leaves
Assembly
(Prepare the day ahead for best results.)

Slice loaf down center in half horizontally. Carefully hollow out core leaving at least an inch and a half of bread on all sides.
Spread blue cheese dressing or mayo around all sides of inside of bread. Begin to layer each ingredient on both sides, creating a ‘lasagna’ effect. Salt and pepper to taste after layers of egg and tomato (although do so sparingly, as the flavors will ‘grow’ overnight in fridge.)
Place the completed sides together on a sheet of cling film, do not cut film from container yet!
Tightly wrap the entire loaf several times. Place a heavy bowl or container on top of sandwich and let sit in refrigerator overnight.

Show Day

Remove sandwich from fridge and unwrap. With a very sharp knife, slice into
quarters, and eights (depending on how hungry your team will be), and re-wrap tightly to transport. Note: slicing prior to refrigeration may cause cause crumbling and loss of stuffing.
